Groupe Beaumanoir - New audit program / Nouveau programme d'audit
Dear Supplier,
In order to comply with new regulatory
requirements and strengthen its due diligence strategy, Groupe Beaumanoir has
updated its social audit process.
These adjustments reflect Groupe
Beaumanoir's determination to promote ethical and sustainable practices while
ensuring respect for human rights and environmental standards.
As explained during the online
meetings we held in May 2025, Groupe Beaumanoir :
has
established a risk assessment of every active Tier 1 production factory (from
cutting to packing)
will
rely mostly on ICS social audits for all Very High-Risk and High-Risk
factories
will communicate
individually to each supplier the factories risk assessment (will be
send by our Regional Sustainability team)
will
give a 12-month transition period to its suppliers to comply with these
new requirements
will
start organizing the required audits, depending on previous factories'
audit expiration date
Please
find enclosed the main documentation related to our new audit program :
The
updated Social and Environmental Charter of Groupe Beaumanoir, part of our
Master Agreement. (modifications
are highlighted on page 4). Turkish, Chinese and Spanish versions will be available
soon on the supplier portal.
