With our Code of Conduct Poster newly establishment for different countries (16 countries), effective immediately all facilities are mandatory to post our Code of Conduct in facility noticeboard or public area so that all employees can understand our social compliance requirement, meet our code of conduct and understand their worker’s right and remuneration or Benefit entitlement. It is best to post the material in key locations of the factory visible enough to be read and understood by the workers, employees , and visitors.

It also provides a grievance channel for all employees if there is something against our code of conduct and report to us immediately. This can also provide interactive channel in between employees, employers and brand in the area of worker’s empowerment.
